The location is good, close to everything! But there is a bit of noise from the busy road in front. The staff is really nice, everyone was very helpful and happy to help whenever needed. Despite the pool being shared with external guests for classes, I found the pool and outdoor area quite pleasant.

This was our 3rd stay at the hotel, and what is lovely to see is it is the same dedicated staff. Even when we were out and about in Covilha the young barman (his wife just had a baby) he came over and introduced us to his son as if we were family. The girls on reception are very friendly and resturant staff very helpful. Would fully recommend staying here if visiting the area

We went as a weekend getaway with friends to relax and enjoy the mountains and spa facilities from the hotel. The breakfast was good, I do recommend the mini donuts, which were fabulous!. We got some extra services from the spa itself (a massage and a facial), and the team was super professional and friendly, the pool was a bit crowded on saturday morning due to classes for kids but on sunday it was empty and nice.

Good hotel in nice location. A bit outdated, but decent. Good breakfast, especially pancake machine. Not enough greens for salad. Nice eucalyptus smell in hamam sauna.

This hotel was a surprise. We were looking for a chilled weekend to refresh and recharge and that's what we got. The breakfast was good with many options to choose from. Bedroom was big and the bed very comfortable. The facilities were clean and modern and we enjoyed the Pool and Spa areas, all included with no extra fee, as well as Gym and Parking too so.. Cool! Staff was friendly and welcoming!

Our room was large with a great view! The gym was large and complete with a personal trainer on hand to help with machines. Easy access by car to the hotel which is well located for daytrips around the area.

Easy to access location. Exceptionally clean with silent and effective air conditioning in the 37deg temps we were in. Facilities were great and staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was good in the hotel, and at a fair price, so no need to travel up into town. Breakfast was a huge array of everything you could want. Would definitely come back here

This is a great hotel with highest value for money: big room, nice bathroom with bidet, very good breakfast, excellent dinner for a modest price. Yes, Covilha is not a nice town, but you can use this hotel to visit other great places like Monsanto.
